this is a build i will be doing for my fiance it is an 89 cherokee limited with 204,000 on the odometer bought for 500 bucks. It was running terrible missing realy bad!!! A transmision line going to the cooler was leaking realy bad and had soaked the air filter with tranny fluid. i had to go through all the vacuum lines as well as replace plugs and wires still had a terrible misfiring problem . i then removed the crancase ventilation caps on top of the valve cover. Holy crap they were plugged up with gunk teriible totally plugged!!! cleaned them out with seafoam and wet vacced the gunk out ( didnt want to remove the valve covers at this time) from this point it was running a little better but not up to par! I removed the fuel rail and all the injectors soaked them in seafoam and scrubbed them really well with a toothbrush replaced all the o-rings and reinstalled them..... wallah ... puuuurrrs like a kitten!!!! here are some pics of it now i didnt get any of the initial work mentioned i didnt know i would be doing a build thread.my plans are to lift it and put some 31's on it for the initial break in (jennifers not trail suave yet) it will be paited yellow as jennifer wants to name it short bus!!!!
