lol, thought it was a good tittle. I did alot of little mods, like extended stainless steel brake lines, that allow up to a 10" lift (on the street). As well as if something broke I stuck a better preformance part in its place. But now I am ready to graduate to doing some major modifications.

To start this off, here is some before pictures, I got it from the guy with a 4.5" suspension lift, 31" MT's and a getto fab stereo.

and here are my lucky stickers

Once I got to the hinge pins, I relized they dont tap out like I thought, They are designed to be one time use and I shouldnt touch them, because once they are out, they are out for good unless I buy another set (this is suppose to be a cheap build)

So I took the bolts out

This little support thangy is in the way, so I tapped the pin out of that, took all of 2 seconds, as apposed to working around it.

now here is the funny part, when I took the bolts out, I can fit a ratchet in there, so here was my solution, I figured pics were an easier explination

I am quite resorceful, on the other doors i found my ratching 8mm wrench that I used instead of the monkey wrench, worked soooooo much better.

And so its off!

Here it is again, but see those jack stands in the lower left corner, I used them to hold up the door while I was doing the unbolting, its cool cause it didnt fall on me, and I didnt tire myself out holding it up!

Next I put plastic wrap, (like in the kitchen) around the harnesses and taped them up so mud wont ruin them, and tucked them in the fender cavity.

and the same rubber protector used for the wires on the door I tucked in too so it has more protection from the mud.

I forgot about the other windows so I had to unwrap the harness and hook up the switch just long enough to put down the windows

Now time for the Passenger side door, this one has never been touched still has the factory plastic on it, which is amazing, but that wont last for long.

and I repeated everything else that I did to the otherside, lol, here is the finishing pictures.

and here it is in it's parking spot

It's a nice lookin' XJ. I personally wouldn't take off the doors, but it's your rig. Whatever makes you happy gearhead.

I made it so I can put the doors and everything back on, its not perminate, I kinda questioned myself about it, but it was an excuse to wrench so I dove in, lol

It wasnt untill I took it around the block, did I not regret it, I LOVED IT! It felt so cool being like that, kinda reminds me of being on a bike, probably why I like it soooomuch

I got the name from Shakira's newest song, I would post the video, but even though she doesnt show anything too revealing I dont think It would be appropriate for here, but if you youtube it, you can see what I mean

A lil bit of advise.

Putting a tire on the roof without a roofrack is bad. It can cause your roof to leak over time. And worse of all cave in.

Yeah its not there all the time, on long trips and wheeling trips it goes in the back.

Moldings are coming off with the fenders and I got a tarp on it right now, as soon as I had some fun around the neighborhood the tarp went on it
