Starting a thread on my cherokee I picked up during winter. Will hopefully be on the road within the month

Well she's a 92 Laredo 4.0 Ho, awd4 with almost 200k


I bought it with these installed

-6.5 skyjacker long arm lift kit
-quick pin doors
-half an after market exhaust
- American racing rims
- rhino liner from pinstripe down
-looks like an upgraded braking system
-aftermarket driveshafts
-Sye
-shims
- other **** I'm forgetting


What I've done so far
-new moog tie rods and drag link
-rusty's air tube with k&n filter
-new head unit
-Wired in amp and sub
- installed new pass side door with crank window
-gave her a good cleaning
-coil
-tune up
-jy "stubby" front bumper
- rc sway bar disconnects
-took out rear sway bar
-mounted the 33s
-jy taillight
-jy front sway bar


Plans for near future
-FIX TITLE ASAP
-newer model center consol
-install soundbar and get new speakers
-weld rear shock back on
-fix the "shake" above 20mph
-rear bumper
-windshield
-inspection sticker
-fix headliner
-get rear power windows to work
-install new shims
-install rear quarter armor
-paint pass side door
-fix over head consol
-alignment
-e brake
-etc.

Yeah I don't see why not, as long as it absorbs impact I think I'd be set. I think my friends dodge truck has one too

Please use a rail road cross-tie. Maybe a 12x12. Take lots of pictures.

They will pass you with a wooden bumper. You just need to have something.. But why not just get a stock bumper and cut it down or something like that. The cost of a used stock bumper is probably cheaper than the lumber lol

I'll end up getting a real bumper, for now though im probably just going to slap on whatever's in my basement for wood

Finally mounted the used 33s I've had in the back yard. Looks good so far! Unfortunately I won't be working on my xj until I get the title squared away =( but I'm looking into that soon
