Looked at this one today:
http://frederick.craigslist.org/cto/3921497869.html
I like it a lot more than I thought I would, and it has some minor problems that I can haggle with. The guy is really cool, and he listened as I explained the issues and how they need to be fixed. He also values the lift at $1800 +tires, but I pointed out that I can get the lift for $1k new, and the DOT code shows the tires are from '07 and have a little dry rot.
None of it is terribly serious, but we discussed price. In the end, he agreed to take it in for a MD state inspection (which is very meticulous), and we'll discuss final pricing after I see the inspection sheet.
TL;DR I like this one, but we're negotiating price over a few minor issues.

They ride and perform better without trackbars. There isn't any reason to keep them on there. As for sway bars, I've read that they don't make a difference on the road on YJs. I'm gonna pull them when I get one and see how I like it.

Leafs can be extremely flexy when properly configured. My MJ's *** end had more than double the flex of my front, thanks to the long leafs. If I get this YJ, I may replace the ~4" lift with 2.5" OME springs and an SOA conversion. Flat leafs droop better than heavily arched ones.

Then steering and stability on road don't play in your favor.
I know leafs can be flexy, longer ones like the MJ for sure.
