Sorry guys I have been busy with work and whatnot. I started swapping out my rear leafs for my IRO 6.5s with shackles. And also get ready so set up my 8.8, I have decided im going to 9 inches and 37s. I also got a set of bushwackers and IRO premium rock sliders waiting to go on too but here are some pics of my progress.
Took the rear shaft off.

Cut the old u-bolts out.

8.25 is out.

Getting ready for this guy.

Taking the leafs out and all the bolts are stuck.

Ended up cutting the spring out.

Thats about it for right now had to help my bro with a tranny in a 98 Exploder so pretty much had no time today for the Jeep. Stay tuned i will have more comin this week!!!

Got the rear in last night its just a roller/front wheel drive for now but here are some pics of me testing the rear flex on a snow bank. Keep on mind front is not done yet it still has very stiff coils and whatnot in there but the rear didnt do too bad.

Here is the differance from front to rear.
