I've been on a free/cheap Jeep mod spree lately. I was tired of seeing the primer nose and chipped paint on the hood. I decided to bedline the nose and hood and tint the orange lenses.

Total Cost $41

I like how you did the paint lines on the front fenders

Painted the wheels and rotated them today. They turned out pretty decent. I used half empty cans of wheel paint I had leftover from other projects.

$0 and 2-hours

Looks pretty nice, especially for free.
I see you drive around town every now and again, and it makes me feel bad for mine looking like a 'casual'

Grabbed the wife an 01 WJ the other day. Pretty solid, has a bunch of easy problems. Battery, exhaust, brakes, couple broken interior pieces. Runs good and body is solid. Paid $1600.

What purpose do the vent serve? For looks or for more airflow?

They function as cooling vents for when sitting in traffic and for when you shut your vehicle off, the trapped heat can go somewhere rather than soaking your injectors and causing a harsh start since the Cherokees tend to get rather hot under the hood during cool down. Correct me if I'm wrong but I do believe that's why they are there.

Love what you have done! Gave me some great ideas for my XJ.

I've got Tampa Florida covered and now you got a Medic and Mechanic in your fleet!
