Is your frame side mount the same as mine??

Just order a piece as long as your tie rod, I know its shorter than that.

That'd probably work. I'm not home to measure mine. If Derek is out and about maybe he'll stop and measure mine for ya.

Oh BTW, I am guessing "TIME OUT" is over Derek??

It's been a lot of fun, and a lot of work!

And as boring as some build threads can be, i'm glad mine managed to keep you entertained. And thanks for the props

Now somebody buy my beadlocks so I can build some 17" beads!

I did my first cut and fold Saturday!! I figured everybody else had this in their build thread, I should too!!

My buddy that cuts the beadlocks for me recently picked a project Cherokee up.. he needed some work done on it, and I need some new beads for my 17's. So we're doing a little trade work.

All in all, it was pretty much a piece of cake... tools used: Plasma cutter, 4-1/2" grinder, jack, some self tappers, a drill, and a BFH.

I cut and folded the rear quarter panels, cut the big lip off the rear wheel wells, then made a bunch of relief cuts and folded the rear lip up and in, then trimmed the front fenders, opened them up quite a bit o he can get some 33's under it.

Started about 7 am saturday and was done by 11. Not bad.

Finished project:

Good job! Are you going to put something on the lip on the front fenders to keep from slicing the tires? Or is it just gonna be bumpstopped really well?
