I see axle tabs, but IDKWTH the rectangle tubing is all about. A little help perhaps??

Well it's to narrow to be a CA mount,

I'd say a bump stop extension relocation bracket but I think I may be a bit off on that thought..

Frame side CA mounts for the rear?
