Your Jeep looks great, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous. Anyways, I have a 2000 jeep cherokee that I bought over winter break... Everything exterior is stock. Ive been wasting my days looking at this forum trying to decide what ill be doing to my jeep this summer. I'm on a very limited budget, but I want to do the right job as well. Anyways, Ive been researching The Bushwacker flat style flares (the fender flares on your jeep) and ive read that they can actually clear 33's on stock suspension. http://blogs.fourwheeler.com/6666098...-xj/index.html My jeep is a daily driver, so I cant do anything to serious nor can I afford it. With all this being said, I was thinking about trying to do a 2 bb with those flat flares and 33x11.5s. since you have the 4.5 inch lift, do you think if you had 2 inches or so of less lift, would your tires still fit. I dont need alot of flex, I only will be doing light wheeling, nothing serious. Thanks for your input.

I don't think bigger would be necessary right now.
I'm not real sure about stock but I think that with a 2" BB you would be able to. The problem I see you having is if it flexes it might rub on the top. so you'll have to bumpstop it before you go wheeling. Thats just my opinion. But I do think its possible.
Thanks man I'm probably going to get in a wreck cause i keep looking at my reflexion in the windows while i'm driving.

That looks real good man, I like it a lot! Now put on another 2" so I can see what 33's looks like with those flat flares! Seems luke misty people with 6" lifts do 35's with the flat flares. Congrats on the new shoes though, much improved!

Thanks and not sure what you mean by 2". are you talking about lift cause these are 33's
Yeah, I was talking lift. Yours looks good as is, I was just saying for MY benefit you could put more lift on it so then it would be like my set up but with flat flares.
