Partially welded up the exhaust today since the rear hanger weld broke. I just did a couple 1" welds around all the joints thru-out the exhaust. Ill fully weld it all once I get the sye install and the case drop removed.

Sye will happen soon along with a new trans mount and the tnt crossmember. Then u-joints/trans kooler with a drain and fill. Then wj stuff /power steering cooler/durango box and wj power steering pump.

welp the steering box is leaking fluid pretty bad forgot to take a picture before i wiped it off i've felt a lot of slop for a while now, and was starting to look a bit wet, at the out put shaft, but now its lost almost all the fluid. gonna durango box and c-rock spacer, and a power steering cooler

all-in-all 240k on the box aint bad hopefully i can get it fixed before my trip to k2 in feb.

stuff to do before k2:
-long arms
-sye
-spicer 760 u-joints
-durango box
-power steering cooler
-fully weld exhaust
-clean up new beefy drive shafts install new yoke side u joints
-maybe install the rusty's belly skid

attempted changing the axle u joints but the hub nut would not budge. gonna rent out a bay at a shop with air tools in a couple weeks and try again. it looks like theyve already got 760's in them so it should be easy once i get the shaft out.

i also tinkered with the sye'ed np231 and relized its fine. the linkage keeps the case in 4hi, i was shifting it by hand straight to neutral instead of going to 4hi, so im gonna intsall it next weekend along with the tnt cross member, beefy drive shafts, new trans mount, and remove the casedrop

layed out the rustys belly skid on the tnt cross member, idk if ill get it mounted before k2 or not since i have to fab a mount for the front of it. but the tnt side ill just drill and tap the cross member for the rear bolts.

Not sure. I think mines off a 94. But you can grab a cooler off of pretty much anything. If your lucky you might find an after market one. I paid like 13$ for it
