Just got my first XJ a few weeks ago. Bought a 2001 Cherokee Sport from my parents for $2k with 118,000 miles on it.




So far all I have done is remove the fender flares that I have always hated and purchased brand new Maxxis Bighorns 235/75r15 (not pictured). I don't really want to lift yet because it will be my daily driver for some time. My dad put in Corbeau seats before I got it because it failed inspection due to the driver seat holding on a thread.




The goal is to make this XJ a respectable off road rig without going ***** to the wall with mods.

1. My plans I have for it now are to replace the stock bumpers with these

2. Trim the fenders and mount TJ flares which have already been purchased on craigslist for $60

3. Add a roof rack

4. Off road lights
