Bolted up the rear flares. I think they turned out pretty well.
Spent the rest of the night working on prepping the coils. They have a good amount of surface rust so it's taking some time to do it right. I should be able to get those going tomorrow as well as prepping the undercarriage. Since the fronts need to be custom fit a bit more I am going to wait to prep everything before I start those.

Coils are painted, shocks are off waiting to be prepped and painted, sized and cut both front fenders for the Bushwackers, fixed the tie rod, and started cleaning up the front wheel wells for the Raptor Liner.
I am hoping to get the shocks painted today as well as the front fenders lined.

Oh wow, that looks great for Rustoleum! I take it you sanded/primied it too? I'm just curious since my coils come in tomorrow and I too am going to be painting them red.

I sanded the **** out of them. They were horrible when I took them off. The problem now is waiting for the paint to cure before I can put them back on. About to do my shocks now.
I'll be going to 35x12.5 for the next set. These are just about brand new so they will work for now. Especially since it's a dd.

Prepped the front and sides for paint. Also primed bare metal areas.
Don't mind the stretched brake and power steering lines on the driver side in the last pic. I noticed it right away and bumped up the axle a bit.
Painted my front shocks as well. The paint on my coils isn't curing like I wanted it to, so that might be a pain in ***. Also fixed my crooked upper track bar link. Currently cutting my back bumper ends for the new fenders. They will work until I do either a cut and fold or weld on some jcr armor.

Well I prepped it for paint, installed the coils (in order to drive it outside), and started painting the Raptor Liner. Few pics:
My '99 Mustang Cobra coils next to my compressed RE coils
My setup outside with a tarp to block the wind
After the first coat, note if anyone is going to spray this stuff mask as much as you can off. Better safe than sorry.
Driver's side
Passenger's side
Eating lunch then adding another coat in spots where it may need it. Can go inside because I'm full of the ****. And of course it looks like rain.
