Got my alignment done at Firestone today. Lifetime alignments for 179 plus tax. Got home, washed and waxed my Cherokee and her jetta. Saw a build thread on here which a guy used engine degreaser to clean up the underside. I just got back inside, after it's done drying up I'll head back out for the final result. Just like him though, I forgot before pictures.

The guy at Firestone told me that nothing can be done about my caster angle due to the lift. Is there any validity to this?

Also, after the lift a new noise showed up. When I'm driving and I let off the accelerator, there's a grinding noise from what sounds like behind the transfer case for a second but then it stops. I checked my driveshaft clearances and everything seems good. I'm sure there are threads about this noise but the keywords "noise transfer case lift" comes up with a million results. Any ideas on this?

NOT true.
Only chamber on an XJ are non adjustable, unless you replace them with some adjustable ball joints.

You can always add shims to your lower control arms or get a set of adjustable control arms.

A couple of alignment threads if you are interested...

Nice job man, I am a former red XJ owner, currently getting ready to repaint, I will miss the red! Keep up the good work!
