Starting a new build thread since my other xj got totaled.





Just picked up a black 2001 xj 4x4 with 146xxx bone stock. Whenever I get my check from the insurance company I'm going to buy either a 6.5 or 8 iron rock offroad long arm kit. I bought a couple of dana 44s a while back so I'm going to start rebuilding those and get them dropped in.

My plans are: 35s or 37s, full skid plates, throttle body spacer, cold air intake, snorkel, rock rails, rock lights, lockers front and rear, 4:56 or 4:88 gears, custom front and rear bumpers, winch, roof rack, led light bars, HID head lights and more to much to list.

I just ordered a bunch of LEDs to swap out my interior lights they should be in soon ill post some pics of the install.

Everyone's getting 35s now... Go with the 37s, man.

Also, love a black late-model... This is going to be an awesome build, can't wait.

thanks man I'm excited for this new build. If I end up cutting the fenders like I always do then I'll go 37s lol I want 37s

Just replaced the back shocks in the hatch. The hatch kept trying to crush me.

Got my LEDs in the mail I have the two front foot lights. I was trying to work on the some lights but I'm 95% sure I have to take off the trim and bring the headliner down to replace them. I didn't have to do that on my other cherokee so it's a bit different. For some reason lol I'll post up picks later
