Got a sweet deal on some new front shocks, bilstein 5100s thanks to barrelmaker. And drove her around for a bit...blew up the power steering pump. Think I'm going to go WJ pump, Durango box...should be a decent upgrade.

In that flexing picture, how much for travel do you have before the drag link is hitting the high misc alignment spacers? I assume that is what would limit your travel after shocks?

9 1/4 down before it maxed out the heims on draglink.
And I forgot to mention, with the stock dif cover I lost ~1/2" of turn radius. With a straight tie rod...if you could get ~27* bend at both end you'd clear plus some with stock cover.
Im seeing now though, that my shock body's are going to bind on the Frame rails due to the shorter track bar
. Only at the bottom 1 3/4" of travel on passenger side. If I could push the mount out 1/2- 1" I'd be golden. Barrelmaker, make me an axle kit like yours!!!! Lol

Dagum. I have a flat pitman arm i could use for the same steering set up and get my angles right, but im afraid it will bind on the spacers. Sounds like my tie rod needs a bend in it for my SOLID cover too.

I could also go OTK and get probably another inch or so of down...easy. But idk if I like all the leverage on the topside of the knuckle, and on the one side of the bolt like that...idk.

Wouldn't the flat pitman, hurt travel? Raising the one side of the draglink, putting the heim at more of an angle...unless you have highsteer arm?

Exactly right.
You don't want to stack the heims in single sheer.
