I don't have any experience with the STTs, though I've heard nothing but great things. The Nittos on the other hand, I would advise against. I had a set of Terra Grapplers on the Yukon that I had a while ago... "all show and no go" is the best words I can use to describe them. They had great road manners, rode smooth, good wet weather traction, and they looked really good... but they sucked off road.
I hope to get a set of Coopers for my next tires.

Lots of love for the Coopers. Honestly, wasn't expecting that. I've never been a nitto fan either, but the Trail Grapplers I've heard tons of good things about. I also hear the new STT Pros do everything the STT does only better. I may give them a shot pending some research into how big/small they normally run.

I've got MTR/k in 33s and have been thinking of the same thing, staying with them or going to the STTs. I've never had an issue with my MTRs but sometimes I just want to try something else ya know

Good to hear. I just didn't want to order a 35 and it actually be a 33 like some others

I've also been eyeballing the MTZ P3

Both good tires, but both run small. I had Duratracs on a previous daily. Loved em.

Man, now you got me debating with myself! I was thinking duratracs, but I'm starting to lean towards the STT Pro's myself. Not really in need of a MT, but they are a good price. I'm just not finding much on if they are true to size or not.

The STT Pros do very well on road as well from what I've been reading. Should be a good all around tire. I havent found much info yet either, but I'm almost positive I'm going to give them a shot. Found a thread with actual tire size measurements that showed the 37x13.5r17 to be 35 1/8". Keep in mind just about all tires run smaller than what they say on the sidewall of course
