well scratch that idea about a car, i decided im just gonna put money into the jeep and do the things i wanna do, so like i said before i have a job now finally, so i get my first paycheck on friday and thanks to me having no life haha ive worked every day for the past two weeks, so im gonna get a nice little chunk of change when i get paid, also saturday was my birthday so i got some money then too.....so finally onto to the point haha, today i went and picked up an electric cooling fan from advance auto and replaced my clutch fan with that, i hooked it up to a switch so i can control it, so far what ive seen today after i put it in its pretty effective we'll see when the hot weather comes though how good it really is

so everybody can expect some action back in this thread again haha

Your build looks great! Simple, clean and to the point without cutting it to pieces. I like your idea of rolling the fenders not just cutting them. Looking forward to what comes next now that you have a job. And Happy Birthday

love the build. quick question about your lights though. with them being that close to the windshield do you get some sweet glare? i had to move my daylighters back quite a bit to get rid of the glare

thanks man! yeah i like them rolled a lot better, it gives it more of a body line, not just straight cut, thats boring haha

yeah ive got some glare off the very top, its not bad though, i still need to adjust the lights a little better and push them out further and that should help a little bit

Bad *** build! Love the light bar on top. Is it only the 4.5" lift or is there more.. How much lift is it now with the budget boost and the 4.5? Or did you remove the BB when you put the 4.5 on?

its just the 4.5 inch right now, its probably gonna stay that way too. i took the budget boost off when i lifted it and stupid me i should have kept the spacers for the front

great story and nice additions to the jeep, really like the light bar like everyone else.
how bad is it driving on 30" tires with the 4.5? I'll be doing that for awhile

I saw you were gonna get a e30, I was going to do the EXACT same thing a few months ago but instead spent it all on the jeep because that would of been my fourth car.... Its hard enough keeping the ones I have running good.

I even test drove it though, it was a 87 318is in decent shape with just minor things wrong. full body kit, had the swapped head for a super eta, dinan software, ss kit, poly bushings and lowered springs. it was pretty sick and the guy only wanted $800

I've wanted an e30 for awhile now and I regret not scooping up that deal but at the same time I'm really enjoying putting money into the jeep. I'm just gonna sell the 535 some time and get an e30.

well im definitely a jeepaholic lol, im still looking for another one, ive narrowed it down though, i want a 99-01 like mine was, either black, silver, white, dark blue or dark green, the 4.0 of course, aw4, chryco 8.25, cause who wants a turdy 5 lol, and im still on the fence as the whether or not i want one with power everything or power nothing lol it was nice having power windows and locks but on the other hand it was a pain to take the doors off all the time with all the wires, thats not a big deciding factor though, im still waiting to sell the k5 though, i got a couple guys coming this weekend so hopefully it sells, as soon as its gone im going to get a jeep, ive got a few in mind at this one dealer, the guys got like 8 of them lol, and if not there are a few decent runs around here for sale, but im going to be patient and get the right one, and i already have plans for it too, ill post those up once i get it, dont wanna spoil it yet lol
