ok so i got tired of having to realllllyyy pull on my hood relase.. so im doing away with it completly. i orderd a hood pin set from summit racing.. it's only 10 bucks so i said why not. i will be installing it next weekend. and thier will be loooooooooooooooads of pics

well this past weekend didnt go as planned.. but this weekend will fo sho! i've also picked up 2 kc light covers off a friend for 20 bucks and 2 new d rings. im having the metal tech class at my school make me d ring mounts for the rear that are going to come thru the bumper connected right to the frame. i may have them friday im not sure. also here are some things im currently looking for so if you have them let me know:
cheap front bumper
31's or 32's (local only)
headers
flowmaster 40 or 44
cheap lights perferably kc's or any 6 in round light that i can put a kc cover on
dome light assembly.
and im sure ill think of more.

Default 70 bucks wortha stuff! wow!

went to tha autozone.. buncha over priced stuff if you ask me but i wanted it. got 2 cases of edge trim for mine and a buddys fenders.. 3 u-joints for the front shaft connectors and 10 gauge wire to rewire my lights.

relized i may have bought two much of the edgetrim i put some on a buddys xj today and it turned out pretty good. this weekend im forsure going to finish cutting mine.

well i did the hood pins and i love them. its simple too! take the header pannel of.. remove the strikers. thiers a bolt that requires you to take the header pannel off. ream out the hole slide the pins in remove the stuff on the hood for the lach and what not and line everything up. thiers a write up on here that i followed. instead of using the skrews that came with it that you have to drill holes for i used sheet metal skrews for that more rugged look. here are pics
