alright well I figured that I would start a build thread since all the action is going to start in the next week or so
. Lets start with the basics. About a month ago I purchased a 98 xj sport with 111k miles. Super super clean inside and out. Had a 2" BB on it when i picked it up. trac lok 29 spline chrysler 8.25 in the rear
and HP 30 in the front. Ordered a RC 6.5" long arm and SYE. Also got a super deal on a set of 35x12.5 bfg KOs. they are alil thin but the guy needed some money and had the tires sitting on 4 stock rims and a set of 1.5" wheel spacers for $150. It was hard to pass up. Wasnt planning on running 35s but hey what can i say. So I will update as things go along. This is my 6th jeep (4xjs, a zj, and a yj) but my first long arm lift. There are alot of parts in these 9 boxes in my closet
. Needless to say ill be getting it all put on in one day hopefully. Got about 6 guys from my local jeep club gonna jump on it an try to knock it out all at one time. Will be trimming the fenders the following weekend. Either way hope everyone enjoys and ill keep it updated and as pic intensive as possible. here are some pics of what I'm starting off with.

Yea I'm gonna have to regear at some point. Like I said my original plan was to run 33s an not have to worry about gears as much. But with the deal on the 35s to good to pass up ill deal with the power issues till I get the rest of the money. I don't drive but maybe 120 miles a week so even tho its a ds its all in town an 12 miles round trip

Well the lift is going on tomorrow. I'm excited buy worried about problems to run into an stuff like that. Because of my schedule an my friends schedules its gotta go on in one day. Got 6 people attacking from all sides in the morning. I'll try an snap as many pics as I can but we will be going at about mach 2 lol. Alignment an tire mounting is scheduled for 9am Monday. It's gonna be a busy couple days. Stay tuned

Haven't done a lift but from all Tech Threads and Build, I hope you either have a torch or been soaking those bolts in PB Blaster... or else this will happen
