Got my front axle. Need to take measurements to make sure the high steer is going to work at my ride height. I'm a bit worried that I'm going to be too low

More slow progress. HD Offroad stiffeners and three link brackets, all of my axle end suspension brackets are put together, and finally got my rear axle back from the world's longest gear install. Nearly a month because the Isuzu 44 uses all kinds of weird parts. Most of that time was the shop sourcing the correct parts to put it together.
If I could do it again I'd definitely just get a waggy rear and put discs on it, would be much easier and cheaper...oh well.

Blew up the welded 8.25 last weekend so I got two of my tires remounted and swapped in my rear D44 today. 2wd until I swap the front, but I need to drive nicely on the road for a while until the new gears break in so I wasn't planning to wheel it immediately.

oh I've welding 4 rear ends and the front on my hp 44 welded but I weld the spiders together and insert a 1/4 plates steel in the center and weld it in then weld the gear with 1/2 weld to the carrer. this is done on both sides. only time ive had welds fail was when I got one from someone else that was welded and they just did the edges of the spiders drifted a corner welds broke got lucky and didnt crash. my 9" is minispooled because welding them is such a pain.
