Hey all I bought this jeep about 3 years ago with big plans but then life happened so I am finally starting my build! All I have done so far is cut my front fenders and cut and fold my rear fenders. I then rhino lined the cuts (mainly just to seal up the cuts) I have ordered a Pro Comp Add a leaf kit and also brand new pro Comp replacement Leaf Springs. I will be putting on 33X10.5X15 tires with Cragar Soft 8's. Dont know what tire yet but am on the search. Thanks for checking it out!

 

Also I have my own personal shop and my brother is a excellnet welder so in the next couple weeks we will be designing and fabricating our own Bumpers, He owns a Wrangler which we just put a 305 in so his project has to get finished up first.

Yeah I actually just bought some Black Steelys and 33X10.5X15 Toyo M/T today so my lift sould be here in the next couple days and then my Tires will be ready to go! So Pumped!

 

So today I decided I need to clean p all the rust spots ( thank you MidWest) so I cut out the mjor ones nd cleaned up the other ones and got them primered! SO pumped to get my lift Kit (Should have it on Monday 06/25 and will have my tires and rims on Saturday) So within 2 weeks I wll have cut the fenders, ordered the lift, ordered the tires and rims, and prepped the body for paint! Very productive leave! But could defenitly use some

 

Oh and ordered a new steering stabalizer shock today! Little thing but defenitley happy to be getting things going!

I have to say I like your original rim's I wish i had a pair like those i hate my steal one's

 

I liked them except the midwest weather had took a toll on them and would have cost me some money to get them back to somewhat original. So I went to black steelys!

 

Yeah the Gold is less common so I like it too, excited to see the lift more pics to follow very soon, I will tell you this boy is ecited, has been a lon time coming!
