The rears get in Monday, but the wiring is already run so it should be about an hour long installation to get all the splicing and heat shrinking done.

In the mean time, here's some pics off of my phone of the lightbar running

If it gives you an idea as to how bright this thing is, notice the refractions in the upper and lower parts of the picture of the lightbar as the lenses of the camera show ghost images of it.

Heres some more shots of my lights from behind the lighting, but thanks to the phone camera's auto exposure, they don't do them any justice

Speaking of the police, the nearly uncontrollable urge to remind people to turn off their irritating high beams with quick burst from my (insert superfluous adjective here) lightbar will be a tough one to work though. I believe I will manage to restrain my finger from the switch just so that don't get into a run in with the law. It would really suck if I flash blinded some old lady and she runs her cadilac into the ditch (although I could offer to winch her out).

I'm hoping I'll get a arb bullbar second hand. Pm'ed a member who had one up for sale not long ago.
He's asking 500, I'm hoping I can get it for 575 shipped cause they are a gorgeous bumper.

Grabbed my digital SLR camera this morning with a circular polarizer (type of filter) and took these shots with everything running.

It's from VisionX, I purchased it from a company called Accessory Partners. Here's a couple of shots from today in full daylight, it's even painful to look directly at it then.

How did you get the LED bar mounted to the light tabs of the rack? close up pics would be greatly appreciated. And how do you like the KOR roof rack? mounting? welds? Fit/finish? They are pretty expensive, so im just wondering if they are really worth it

The fit and finish is really outstanding, all of the welds look thoroughly done and it hugs the vehicle so well that there is barely half an inch of space between the middle of the rack and the roof. I personally like this fact as I don't need to be driving a skyscraper. Lastly the rack easily holds my nearly 300lbs standing wherever I please on it without so much as a creak, just a super solid rack.

Sorry it took me so long to get this reply edited, I just have been busy as all get out.

what's the actual model or name of the lightbar, your build got me very interested in it.

It's a XIL-P7840 by model, but I actually have a hybrid of the XIL-P7840 and XIL-P7810, so I have about 60% 40 degree beams and 40% 10 degree beams in the same bar. If I had to tweak it a bit, I might go with a little less flood, but there is no real detriment to it either way. Next chance I get to go out and have some fun at night, I'll put my SLR camera on video mode on it's tripod and play with the beams at a distance so maybe it can capture more of what it's actually like.
