Finished the lift install. I like the height, hate the wheels. Can't wait to order the Spidertrax adapters for the JK's! Holding off to buy x mas presents.

Took a test drive and felt a slight vibration. But, the most troubling was the ratcheting sound coming from the rear when applying the brakes. Just ordered a 1" TC drop kit, that should be the solution.

Check the drive line angle and the 1/2" of xtra shaft sticking out. Hoping 1" TC drop is enough. Could have bought a 1-1/2". Just have to see how it goes!

Received the Spidertrax XJ to JK adapters today!

The install is really easy, bolts right on. Luckily I did not have to trim the studs.

Here it is finally, JKs are on and look good!!!

Not much clearance though.

Next is to put the TC drop kit in and hope that brings the drive line back to normal. Then, I can take it for a real test drive to determine how much clearance is going to be an issue. Also, ordered a drop pitman arm to help the angles out front.

How do I determine if an adjustable track bar is needed?

With the lift, your axle and tires will shift towards the drivers side. Look down from above the flares and see if the tires are 'centered' under the flares. Drivers side will be sticking out about 1" more than passengers. An adjustable track bar or redrill the lower mount hole will move the axle over and center the tires.

Actually, it does look like it is sticking out 1" on the drivers side. Damn, I thought I was good. Now, should I buy a new bar or drill a new hole? Decisions Decisions $$

Thanks for the info CobraMarty!

Decided to order a new adjustable track bar. Went with the Rubicon Express 1600. Decent price for that one on Amazon if your looking.

Unfortunately, yes. I have rust on the bottom edge of both doors. You can't see it on the passenger side. I plan to upgrade with 97+ doors eventually. The only other rust that worries me is right in front of the drivers side rear tire. It's starting to rust out above the front leaf spring mount. Not sure what to do about that or how much it will cost to have fixed?

Besides that she's pretty clean

OH DAMN, a little more rust than I realized! Putting in the T.C drop kit and found some above the catalytic converter. Poked at it and found carpet all to easy. Im going to forget about that for now and work on other things.
