ok so, i jumped the gun on the last parts rig and ended up with a low pinion front diff and a trans i couldnt use. saturday i ran into a guy in a lifted YJ at the gas station, ended up buying a XJ from him
93, 4.0L, AX15, np231. i will be making mine stick as well as taking the front HP 30. only paid 250 for the jeep.

we'll did the 4x4 and ax15 swap this weekend. started saturday morning, by saturday night all i had left was to mount the master and make the clutch line. i used a 87-90 YJ master, in order to do this i had to extreamly modify how the clutch pedal mounts. i got it to shift just before work but havnt taken it for the test drive yet, but overall im very excited and glad my jeeps finally a 4x4!!

parts for swap
new ujoints, fluids, clutch kit, machined flywheel, new clutch master..
mounting master
master and clutch line (87-90 YJ master)
it drives great, no vibs. however 5th and reverse are a little winey.. i havnt put the interior back in yet, going to do some floor and finish my frame stiffeners first.
