Finally got the rear 14 shaved and now this next week or 2 I should be getting the axles under the XJ. Here are some shots of the shave in progress. Here we are setting up the machine and indexing the axle.

This is about 10 min into the process of machining

The whole machining bit took about 3 hours but we took our time. Had nothing else to do anyway. Then once we finished I left it with my buddy so his welder could weld it up for me. After he welded it he let it sit overnight in some material that I cant remember the name of so it could cool down properly. And now it sits on my floor waiting for this week to free up some time.

Ill get some better shots of the actual bottom this week. There really needs to be more than 24 hours in a day...
