Only negative I have found with the beads is when I have tried to airdown they can build up around the valve. Doesn't happen every time though, and it only slows the process doesn't stop it.

The Safari Straps Fire Extinguisher Mounts came in today. Got them mounted up in a few minutes using a simple carabiner (rated for 500lbs of course!) on the OEM upper seat belt bolt, and then strapped to the seat down below:
These are designed to be used with seat that have removable head rests. I was originally going to use a strap and just go around the head rest and cinch it down, but didn't like how it came out and how it squeezed the seat covers.
So I played with it for a few minutes and came up with the idea you see above.

How did you like the RC 4.5 + the 1.75 BB lift? I currently have a RC BB and was thinking of bumping up to the RC 4.5 x series when I have enough for new tires.
Was the shackle relocation bracket mandatory to fix your shackle angles? I'm not crazy about the idea of adding the 4.5 to the 1.75 but I've heard the shackle relocation brackets are needed with RC lifts. Therefore you need the coil spacers up front to level the Jeep correct?
Did you have to do a lot of trimming if any to fit 33s. Like you I want to go with a very clean look but will trim what is necessary.

RC for me was ok. I never had an problems with the quality of the product. However, I didn't wheel it like I plan to wheel this new setup. For the same amount of money, some of the senior forum members recommend Rusty's lift products, or even Zone who is made by BDS (what I'm running).
As far as adding a lift on top of a BB, I wouldn't do it. For what you plan I would stick with a solid 3.5-4.5" lift, which is fairly priced at the before mentioned sites. For 33's you're going to trim no matter what, it really comes down to what you're going to do with it. I'm at 5.5 and will still be trimming for my 33's. If you really don't plan on getting crazy I'd stick with like a 3.5" lift and 31's, you do that and throw a cheap locker in the front/rear and you'd be surprised what you can do.
Shackle relocators, as far as I'm concerned, are mandatory on every lift; depending on height and manufacturer of the leafs. I had RC relocators, they were ok and served their purpose, but HD Offroad's brackets are much better and cheaper I believe.
So to recap, don't add a lift on top of your bb, put a well rounded full lift on. Figure what you want to do with it from the start so you don't waste money like I and many others have.
Figure out the biggest tire you want to run and build the jeep around the tire. That was my plan and worked out beautifully. The goal is to build a well rounded "system" that works together to give best performance on and off road. Building a crawler in my mind would have been a lot easier, albeit more $, because you don't have to worry about the DD aspect of things.
So I was looking at the No Lift H.D. Offroad shackle relocation brackets you mentioned. Would you recommend using a stock shackle or extended shackle?
How did you like the RC CA drop brackets?
I've been looking at several lift companies over the last 6 mos. or so. I think I have my mind made up on the Rough Country 4.5 x-series. It seems to have every thing I need for a 4.5 lift other than a SYE and CV Driveshaft. With the Rusty and Zone lifts the price really jumps out of my price range if I want to add the adjustable CAs and some of the other bits. RE, Skyjacker, BDS or all way out of my price range.
I want to run 33s honestly and trim out for the Bushwhacker flat flares. I may settle for 32s not quite sure on that yet. I know running 32s would be the cheaper option but damn 33s look great on a lifted XJ.
