this nasty thing was one of my ideas
i was gunna build a snorkel ans have it come right out of the stock air box
but then i almost lipped the jeep and was inspired to build a full exo cage on the jeep and a snorkel in that spot just wont work

i guess the plan is just to put some sheet metal behind it and bondo it and paint it
i just done know how it will look

im gunna eventually have the snorkel come out and up the windshield from the vents by the wiper blades

Well I've been busy for some time now and had to put the jeep on hold
Recently I've moved over to Texas and I'll be shipping the jeep here shortly

So upgrades should be in the near future

Recently got my 5 speed swap done
And it works great (except the **** poor mount)
No really problems pretty straight forward
Cut the shaft down a a few inches to make it fit
My biggest problem that I ran into way the clutch line
After all the work of getting it all in I find out that they no longer make a hydraulic line for the internal slave and had a hell of a time getting one made

All in all runs good
You can certainly tell the gears are different now compared to driving a stock 5 speed xj

Recently I've done some hard thinking about everything one the Jeep and hears the updated list

Ford hp Dana 60 up front
14 bolt out back
110" wheel base
Chop top
Fox 2.0 shock (thank you guy on pirate4x4)
Gas tank relocation (just up and forewords)
Hopefully Exo cage ( gotta see if it's street legal of not inner cage )
3 link front
Triangulated 4 link back
Some kind of exhaust
Unibody stiffners
Turbo charger -currently in the works.
(thanks again pirate4x4)
Spool up front or 'linkin locker '
Open to ideas for the rear
No arb tho I'm to cheap( darn things are like 1g for the 14bolt)
Custom Bumpers front and rear

And many more small things I can't think of right now
