I used the inserts. It was a PITA to drill out the knuckles to 7/8". Took me around 4 hours I think. It went a little quicker once I figured out how to sharpen the bit with an angle grinder. Haha.

And instead of there being nutserts welded in, the rod itself is threaded which I was really impressed with.

Its just a stock leaf pack with a rough country AAL. Works pretty well for me. I think its sagged a little and is now almost has a stock arch to it.

I would be amazed if i ever bend these arms. Darrel from the local club that i am a part of welded up the crossmember for me so i wana give him a special thanks. While i had everything apart i also put on some new daystar bumpstops. There the perfect size and stop the tire about 3/4" from the fender. And then finally i adjusted my steering stops so i dont tear up the paint on my new arms. Next thing comming is a S.Y.E. and tattons drive shaft. Should be in the mail tomorrow.

Heres out setup for pulling the axle foreward. Probably not the safest thing but it got the job done!
Did you paint directly over the powdercoating and how is it holding up?
