Well if you come across another pair please remember my name! Also, your fox shocks, are those the 6.5 - 8 inch lift ones? Do they have the CD Adjuster?

Yes I got the longest ones they offer. No CD Adjuster but they may be for sale in 2017

Ive got an 8.25 in the garage, but oddly enough the 35 held up to half a dozen cove trips, an AOP trip, and a couple AMA trips.

Im really up in the air about what I want to do axle wise. I had all intentions of buying Fab9 housings and building them over the next 2 years...but I would be in 10k or so by the time its all over.

I can get JY Tons under it cheap (60/14B) but id want to run 40s to justify them...and I'm not sure if I want to make that move.

Another part of me wants to either just grab some JK 44s or even a TJ 44 and an 8.8 and maybe step to 37s..

Was my dilemma exactly. Do this and then build a 2nd sometime on tons and 40s. There's a decent deal on a set of tj rubicon axles with rcvs shafts in the Jeep parts for sale group on FB

Of course it depends how you drive, but yeah JK44s do well with 37s from what I've seen as long as you add C gussets and sleeve it.

Just came across this build. VERY similar to what I have in the works on my build, great looking Jeep.

If you were to do anything differently what would it be?

The JK 44 has slightly larger u-joints. Few other small changes too.

It's peaking my interest, how much do these normally run? I bet I could sell mine for a bit, locked and geared.

Yes high pinion too. Midwest jeeps sells them for 1250 a piece when they have them. They will ship as well.
