think imma keep em on lol... jk the 38s should be back on tomorrow when I figure in the upper link to make it a true 3 link. Right now the tires are just on to keep the axle off the ground lol

Gotcha. I figured it was for clearance to get out of the garage door haha. Been there done that. My old jeep didn't clear cuz of the rack on top. Had to air down to pull in the garage.

nah I've got like a 1/4" to spare between my stock rack and the garage door lol. These tires are a lot easier to put on and take off than the 38s thats for sure lol

Haha I decided to take my dodge through the car wash the other day, it's got an 8ish" lift in the front so my roof measures 7' 8 3/4". There is a sign on the front of the car wash that says "clearance 7'9". I finally convinced the guy to let me through and man it was scary. I didn't take the cab lights in to consideration so it was actually a little taller than I thought. I ended up hitting a bar at the end, oops. The car wash manager wasn't too impressed lol but I enjoyed it. It was was quite the adventure lol.

Decided on ditching the radius arm style and converting the iron rock setup to a true 3 link keeping the lower arms and building my own upper mounted to the crossmember. Just gotta figure in measurements and such with my axle centered

Got the track bar in aswell as started figuring out clearances for a full 3 link rather than radius arms.

Gears, rebuild kits, new Yukon carrier, c gussets, stuff to make custom brake lines, and shock mounts all ordered. Should be here later this month or early April. Gonna have to hook brakes up and pull it out for a bit while this cold weather is on so my dads truck will start lol. Once it warms up a tad I'll pull it in and start tearing apart everything. On a side note, started opening up the rear wells and welding em back together. May end up dropping the front end down to 6.5" to match the rear a bit better.

Parts are starting to roll in. Gussets, shock mounts, heim joints, and drag link and tie rod so far. Bit more to come

Got the gussets in, working on figuring out the steering, and finished off the radius arm setup. Due to some time constraints on my part, I figured it was easier to set it up this way rather than a true 3 link

Got the axle centered, steering set up and track bar bracket pushed out. Almost ready to roll it out for a bit.
