Default Project 90 xj 2 door Laredo

Here's my new project...I bought as a non running but with new 4.5 lift kit from rusty's 90 2 door auto. After tooling on it for a weekend I got it running then I spray canned it in desert flat tan. Painted the wheels black and took it out wheelin..It has a locker in the front and 33's handles the trails allsome....lot of flex but still handles well on the road.I have alot more improvements to make,,,,like winch, rear bumper, snorkle, rebuilt the engine and make a roof rack......here's a few pics..............

I am getting alot of positive feedback on the rattle can paint job...Thanks jeep peeps...I think alot of us want a neat looking rig that's easy to maintain its appearance and not cost alot..I couldn't see painting for a nice paint job on a rig I like to run through the trails and take alot of punishment from the branches and mud. I am not into mall cruisers I believe in function over finish..I am not out to trash anyone with a nice(pretty)jeep. I dig people who do their own work and put sweat, blood and tears into their rides..I love this forum........Donnie

I am starting to think of going with the flat olive green spray can...the dent's and dings (which completely cover my XJ; every panel has some dent or other in it) actually don't look bad in the flat finish, plus it looks easy to maintain.
