Well turns out i didnt get the bolts with the sliders and my drill wasent strong enough, so i order a new drill and bolts last week. Ill have them on this weekend hopefully..

 

well the sliders were much harder than i thought lol... killed a drill and alot of bits getting through the frame... finally got em on-



i let a buddy borrow my jeep to pick another buddy up at the airport and somehow they broke my drive shaft...( nailed the exhaust... why its dangling... it is also covered in burnt mud.. why its not as evidently red lol) and this is what it did to the shaft coming out of the transfer case-

notice how it is rounded on two sides?
Tom woods quickly sent me a new driveshaft free of charge.. just waiting on that yoke from advanced adapters...

 

i also got some new shocks... replaced the old skyjackers with roughcountrys performance 2.2s...

the new ones being the larger ones

 

i like the shocks.. very good ride compared to the skyjackers... i put a throttle body spacer and new plugs/oil as well.. running good! - the exhaust
and i have the rustys steering waiting to dry.. painted it red as well

 

Keep the updates coming man and Im sorry to hear about the jeep. Id make your friends pay for all the damage even if it was covered. One of the reasons why I dont let anyone but me drive my jeep....Looking forward to more updates man, keep us posted.

thanks guys! I have some jks quick disconects to throw on.. try to get some flex/wheeling pics when i do! its just a pain without them!

haha i dont have a pic of the od but there was a pic of it stock at the start of the thread (says photobucket deleted it for some reason)... guy had it for a long time in his garage planning to build it but it never happened.. he has another one he drives around- i got lucky

it has alot of miles on it now.. drove it from MT to LA in july, All over LA, Then at xmas from LA to PA and back- also did a few trips to texas and georgia... and a bunch of mudding.. haha has a small leak or two now- and some dirt caked on the botom side
