Dirt Bound DIY Mojave rear bumper





I welded 1x3 box tube in between the top plate and receiver, to help spread out the stress. Is it necessary? Probably not, but I was there, I had the extra material, why not for extra peace of mind?



No pics of it painted, haven’t taken the time to take them yet. POR15 base and top coated it with crinkle paint(I don’t recommend it, it’s a pain in the butt)

Once I get all of the rust repair and door stiffeners finished, I should have everything gathered for the WJ brake upgrade, I’ve decided to go ahead and upgrade the rest of the steering at the same time.
