In this picture there is a picture of the trac bar. It is the gray bar running from higher on the drivers side to the axel on the passenger side. Did your lift include one of these? When you lift and don't get a longer one of these or redrill the hole (on the axel) towards the drivers side, the lift pulls the whole axel, wheels included over towards the drivers side.
Down and dirty... if you hold a straight edge against your front fender flares (right at the center line of the tire) then measure the distance from the sidewall of the tire to the straight edge are both sides the same?

I bet the one on the drivers side has less distance from the tire sidewall to the straight edge.

Here's a good link for you. Shows you how tomeasure the axel side-to-side and redrill trac bar if that may be the problem

I would definitely suggest adjustable lower arms, I'm not trying to plug mine since I don't have vendor status here yet but an adjustable LCA will allow you to scoot the axle forward more and uppers and lowers will actually allow you place the axle where you want it while fine tuning your caster angles so the jeep drives well. Fixed arms give you nowhere to go so you are stuck at whatever dimension the manufacturer decides you need. The problem with that is that different jeeps have different weights making springs sit at different heights making a fixed arm pretty useless. All of the big parts companies make adjustable arms with a lot of options. I would be happy to talk to you about mine (lowest price adjustable arms on the market) but more importantly is that you end up with what YOU need! The bushwhacker flares don't give a lot more clearance but they look mean. Its kind of a toss up with how much money you wanna throw at this. Good luck that's a great looking XJ

That rubbing can be solved with properly backspaced wheels. Changing LCAs will just screw up the axle's caster. 3" is the breakpoint for the need for a different trackbar/re-drilling but you can get by unless you go taller. If you are getting new rims then specify 4" of backspacing and your rubbing will disappear.

Look up the page a few posts. Look at the post I did with the link. Read that link it shows you what to measure.
Take a deep breath and stop throwing money every which way. You don't need a roof rack or anything else until you follow up on your lift questions. One thing at a time.

Did you figure out if your track bar was a new one? If not did you check to see if the hole it mounts to on the axel was redrilled? Take a picture of the front of the axel and post it if you still don't know what a trac bar is. We can help you tell if the lift has issues.

Alright, take it easy. My bad. I went and got my rubbing fixed. It was only rubbing on the passenger side spring. bbbbbbarrrely, so i went and got another alignment and it fixed it. I got one before right after i got my lift but this one did the trick.

No, I have stock trac bars. I believe something was drilled because they wouldnt fit so i had my uncle do something to them and i believe he drilled new holes.
