Hi mate, been awhile and I have changed some stuff, made up new rear shock mounts and looking at some other mods but I'm away with work till the end of the month but I will get some photos and some up dates on after I get home. Went out for a day trip last time home. Jeep went well with just the usual trail damage, Ripped the rear brake line out so had to crush the line and finish the day on front brakes only, broke a rear shock mount hence the new mod and some panel damage. Hey you don't come home with damage the trail was to soft right. Cheers Leon.

Hi all,
I have just been going through all the post for (NZ) KIWI built 96XJ Somthing Different and I am the new owner of this vehicle- purchased around 18 months- 2 years ago.
Since Leon's build I have extended all brake lines, pinion seals front/ rear, replaced rear leaf springs (chevy S10 bastard pack) added rear Drop shackle kit, fitted ARB bar, 9500 lb winch and roof rack, light bar, snorkel, repainted and added 32" Simex's onto Leon's custom rims. Leon's front suspension work was amazing- it got so much flex the brake lines were about to pop so they were first on the list. Unfortunately I did manage to break all the rear suspension first trip along with the rear uni joint, we removed drive shaft and drove rest of the trip with just front 2wd, was amazed where it would go.... so much traction up front due to the amazing flex.
will keep adding to this thread as I go along, cheers John
