Some of you have heard the news already. Here's the long story short cause I'm ****ing tired:

YJ threw a rod straight down into the oil pan on the way to that M&G Friday. Just got the call from the shop today with the diagnosis. There were no warning signs; just bad noises, lost power, and no oil pressure. I've had it less than two months. Had a fresh tune up, two week old Mobile1, and a new Purolator filter.

I'm looking for a donor and considering a 4.5L stroker depending on the price I pay for a motor.

Also, **** Enterprise Rental. I was a repeat customer of multiple visits, but they decided my money isn't good enough for them with an out-of-state license. "You aren't special just because you're in the army." My money will be going elsewhere in the future.

Truly a bummer man. Luckily you got some resourceful friends that will make the fix process much easier.
