well got to look at it a little and its a bad misfire but is not "heat soak" like other 2000-2001 its has codes for multiple cylinder misfire, cylinder misfire #1, misfire #2, misfire #3, misfire #4, misfire #6, and bad primary circuit #3 in coil or something like that...looking through misfire counter on scanner #5 is misfiring just nowhere near as much as other cylinders...unplugging injectors changes nothing so all injectors are operating...believed to be good ckp installed...believed to be good coil rail put in...

starting to think jeep is in limp mode so even with new parts it wouldnt notice unless ecm was reset?

things to check monday...i never synchronized cam sensor when installing motor, ohm check both coils in my possession, kick it...

Perhaps it's the fuel pressure regulator? Have you tried pulling the vacuum line at the FPR? If it's wet with fuel there's your problem.

**Edit -- check with engine running

back from NC went to a junkyard down there and found manual window stuff so i converted my xj to manual windows...went wheeling and had so much fun since havent done any serious wheeling in over 2 years but came home with a big "to do" list lol...
2x6 rockers (stock ones are caved in and i added to it), gas tank skid (dragged gas tank over a rock), 35's (33's get me hung up on stuff thank god for the belly pan), at least a front locker, quarter panel armor (almost took out left rear window and added a dent on the right rear)...
