I'd think ball joint could cause it. Have you checked that list or thats just whats needing to be checked?

I have checked everything i can think of. I'm just going to take it apart tomm and figure it out. I know the U-joint and the ball joints are going to get replaced when i get it apart. I'm not thinking it's the wheel bearing, because i can't hear anything when i'm driving on the highway or going around turns. The wheel has a popping feel when i wiggle it at 12 and 6. Mainly when i push at 12 oclock. I don't hear the pop but i can feel it in my hands.

That indeed sounds like a ball joint.

Got it a part and it's he upper ball joint. I;m playing hell now trying to separate the ball joints from the hub, and getting the new u-joint caps back in. Time for a trip to harbor frieght.....again.....

Well it's been a little while since i have posted any updates. So, the crankshaft position sensor was just replaced the other day. The jeep was randomly stalling on me here and there. I had an issue with the door locks. Easy fix, because it was something i did when i installed the aux fan switch. My Aux fan wasn't working anymore, and i was pulling the trouble code for the relay being bad. I couldn't find the relay, because it was just laying under the airbox under a bunch of mud. I was bored today, so i started really digging around, and found it. I did the fan switch mod. I did the mod the other day before i found the relay. Wired the power into a fuse in the driverside kick panel. It' s wired with a fuse that goes off with the ignition, and put in it's own inline fuse. grounded it under the dash, and ran the on/off power out to the fan. It was very easy to do. I read a fan mod on these forums that just seemed like it was just waaayyyy over done, and to much work for something so simple. Did the mod with some wire i had laying around, and a $7 harbor frieght toggle w/ LED light in it. The engine bay looks like crap. I haven't made it to the cleaning up the engine bay part yet.

I did this months ago, but just a little something else. Cleaned up and painter the corner lenses. Before and after.

A little update on my build. She's been running strong for a while now with no issues. I did the most important mod lastnight by putting the sticker on my window to show some support. Enjoy
