need help on rear end please

Default need help on rear end please

can someone tell me if i can move my jeep without rear driveshaft. only want to move it to load it on a trailer. pinion broke where it splines into the yoke on the driveshaft. I took the rear driftshaft off.

it is a 2004 wrangler 4 wheel drive. dana rear end. 10 bolt. I dont want to do anything that would make it worse. Just load it on a trailer to get it to the shop. Thank you

Wont hurt it as long as the rear driveshaft is out. Put it in 4wd and pull it on the trailer.
