Default My New 1999 XJ 3rd lift project

So I finally sold my sivler 00 2wd xj before xmas to buy another 4wd. I got a 99 black xj with 139xxx for $2800. not bad for selling the silver one for $6000. Here in the next few weeks i will be getting the new lift for it. im going with the RC 6.5 longarm kit.

1st XJ 99

3rd XJ 99 did not lift this one, was a turnaround jeep made good money on it.

4th XJ and now the new project.

will have pictures updated soon of the fender cutouts on the front. going to build my on flatfender flares.

I didnt think duratracs came with black walls on the 33's, i guess they can be turned around.

Did u specifically want a '99? If so, why?

Which drop brackets u using?

'99 was an interesting year they got the shorter roof racks (which i think looks better) they got the better intake manifold, still had the dist. and single exhaust manifold, you got the darker interior (which i like better) you still got the hp30 but with bigger u-joints, and most like color matched flares and body trim...and almost all tires have a white wall and a black wall...

and nice new project
