uhm... now i must say I dont think running 35's on an old stock steering setup (from pics) and worn hub components is a good idea either. your axle is at a horible angle. does it not death wobble at speeds over bumps? need adj trac bar.

bigger tires are cool, but personally I wouldnt even go over 33's even on my all new hubs, ball joints, v8 tie rod, hd tre's, omix ada drag link and adj trac bar.

just a heads up, dont want something breaking while the gfs driving, they tend to freak out

as far as going even higher.... please dont until you have all new hd steering and more adj stuff, youll also prolly need a sye at that point. I've learned that 4.5-6 is really all you need. When I go bigger axles/tires I wont be going much higher.

oh what axles are in it?

It's d30/8.25 stock with 3.55's it's doing fine on the 35's I've got a rugged ridge steering setup to go on this weekend when I do the longarms and track bar (new track bar has heim joint no tre) it's kinda hard to tell from th angle of the pic but the camber is fine on the hubs I also already ha e the dye kit it's gOing in with the lift and all as well in the next month or so I'll probably be ordering chromolly shafts and gears and lockers for the front and rear and I'll be done with the xj and I'll be starting on the 97 tj I just picked up...the xj isn't gonna be a dd for much longer I'm on the lookout now for a stock xj or liberty or something for her to dd qnd save a little in gas money...lol

I've only been running the 35's for about 2 months now. I've heard alot of mixed feelings on the steering as well but I got it from a friend who had it for around 6 months for like $25 so I'm gonna give it a shot only reason he got rid of it is be put one tons on his xj and went otk with heim joints
