Inside: 42.25L x 36.75W x 4.75H
it's weight is 45 lbs.
it's capacity is 150 lbs. (when I get around to putting the spare on, I plan on putting a support on there to be safe.
It has a wind fairing which prevents any whistling which you get from alot of baskets (but people don't speak of it; IDKY)
The wind fairing is made of black acrylic (really annoying to get the protective shipping cover off of it). The acrylic seemed to warp slightly from heat and from having the wind blow on it.
It held down by 4 U bolts which I have attached to the OEM/stock roof rails. I had no problems with it until I hit a tree branch on Sunday, it shifted to the left.
The rack itself is painted a almost flat black and primed well (I have a few scuffs from wheeling but the scuffs are still black)
The hardware (like all hardware) has gotten minor rust around the joints and exposed areas.
If you're just looking for a good looking cheap rack, this is the one to get.
Here is a link to Rage Motorsport's site. You cannot buy directly from them. I suggest buying from DiscountRamps.
What'd you want to know? It is a rage powersports RB-50202L car top basket. It's dimensions are (inches)

I also have a Rage basket and have no problems with my spare up there. I have no need for extra supports for holing the tire. The only problem I had with it is that the stock rails flex too much and rattled because they are somewhat curved and would knock the rack which got pretty annoying. I made some roof rails out of 1" square tubing and now there's no more flexing. Saw you used u-bolts to hold it down. Didn't it come with clamps of some sort from the company? Mine did and they work great. Or did you just choose not to use them.

Nice looking jeep and thanks for all the info. I just put the same lift on my jeep and it raised the front 2 3/4 " . I was wondering if you could get a measurement from the ground to the edge of the fender flare on the front. Yours looks like it is at least 1" to 1 1/2" higher than mine. Actually my back is higher than the front by 1". Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Hi from the UK, Furious looking Jeep mate, looking great, was thinking of having mine sprayed black, Ive only had it a couple of months, its so hard to get jeep styling parts and extras in the UK, we're very envious over here! very interesting to read all the threads and info. Good luck with it all.
