I like the white out on a black steelie, the wet black rubber looks tight on alloys, your wheel would look good with either white out or black wall out.

I have to use citrus non flame cleaners, the caustic smell of those HD cleaners take too long to burn off, even after wet rag wipe over it still comes thru the vents.

I will invest in a steam gun for $40, they work nice after the spray cleaners
