Got my 1993 XJ about 3 months ago. I've posted some stuff in here but never started an official build thread. So here it is.

This is my ugly duckling when I first got it.




I proceeded to drive to the shop I work at and get to work. I did a 3" ProComp lift, and a 1.75" Polly spring spacer.




Did 16x8 0mm offset Fuel Revolver wheels with a 285/75/16 Hercules Trail Digger M/Ts.




So after about 4 hours of work this is how it turned out.




A day or two later the jeep ended up having some fuel system problems. I took it back to the shop and dropped the gas tank and discovered what looked like milk in the tank. I them replaced the gas tank with a 24 gallon tank, fuel pump and sending unit. After that and a tune up she has been running like a beast!

After that was all done I had to take her out to the local mountains and do a little mudding!!

 

I just got a new bumper from EBay. It turned out nice. It's a non winch type I'm sure I will regret later on.

 

What did the bumper run you? And did you just spray paint or roll on the paint? It looks amazing and the wheels are bad ***!

 

Thanks. The bumper was $160.00. I used Rustoleum roll cage spray paint on it.
