I figured I should introduce myself. My name is James and I'm basically brand new to Jeeps in general. About a month ago, I picked up a completely stock 2000 XJ. It was owned by an older couple who used it as a commuter. I bought her with around 88k and currently almost at 90. When I say completely stock, I definitely mean completely stock. It had factory Jeep mud flaps, a bug guard and some old lady Smitty Built bars on it. Shortly after buying her, I was able to find a super good deal on some Eagle Alloys wrapped with some ProComp Extreme Mud terrains basically brand new. I'm a college student so my funds are limited and I'm currently saving up for a Rubicon Express 3.5" Super-Flex kit. Nothing too crazy, just enough to get me back and forth and then some : ) For the meantime, my buddy and I put some 3" blocks in the rear and some 2" coil spacers up front just so I could run my 31's. I have plans for this Jeep and can't wait to get going. I will be ultimately locking it up in the front, getting bumpers both front and rear, rockers and some other stuff. Here are some pictures.
