I've been working on cars since i was a kid, but this is my first jeep. Let's see how this goes.

Looks like a damn decent platform. For a 1990, the suspension seems to not have the saggy azz that is typical for the older models

The paint is a roll on truck bed liner, with a "chrome" paint out of a rattle can for the stripe. the whole thing with tape, plastic drop cloths and paint, cost me about $60.00. Not too bad and if any one dings it with their door in a parking lot, not harm...to the jeep that is. they however, will need some new door paint.

like that paint job...one of the coolest jeeps ive ever seen was lifted about 6 inches and had rhino linner with all chrome accessories..too bad i aint rich

just ordered my Rough Country 6.5 Long Arm lift. Let's see how long it takes to arrive. No hurry since i cant start working on it until September, but it will be nice to have all the parts waiting for me. Next up on the ordering list is exhaust from header back.
