Looks like a solid project. Are you going to do the body work yourself? Gonna lift it or leave it stock?

Those jeep Comanches are one of my all time favorite truck. They look sick all done up right. Good luck on your project. I been eyeballing one down the road from me in way worse condition.

I'm gonna try to get some friends to help me with the body work.. Ill probably get some quotes from some body shops just incase I can't find the time.. I work like 30hrs of OT a week average at the moment.... I'd like to eventually lift it 3-4.5" and throw 33s on it maybe 35s if I decide to trim but I'm thinking against it for now..

Alright It rained today and when I got in the truck after work I noticed some water dripping off my rear view mirror into the cup holder area looked up noticed the whole windshield has been siliconed up...
..II called an auto glass place got an estimate for $200 for replacement BUT he informed me that silicone is horrible for window sealing and holds water which can cause rusting and if he takes the window out and it's rusted to bad he can't put a new one in by law...
..... SOoo I'm gonna clean my garage out and dudes gonna come take out the window for $100 and if its bad I'm gonna have to do some work and have him come back when it's ready for another $100....

Got the windshield replaced today! And fortunately it wasn't as rusty as I was afraid it would be. They were able to put a new one in just after sanding it down a little.

good luck with the build, i just lookd at one today for $1100 since the rear axle was busted and replaced with an 8.25 and totally messed up while installed, the drivers rear tire sticks out like 3" further then it should while passenger is sucked in 3", enough talking about me good luck again with yours!
