all mine loose their sway bars first thing cause I dont like them. Just get some nice gas charged shocks not gas filled but charged so they self extend if you worried about any kind of body roll on highway. but i've been drivin without them for years.

I've figured out I need longer bump stops then I'm doing away with sway bar. Finally got around to getting a full size spare got it home did a little sanding and painted the wheel to match the rest got it mounted inside after chopping the corner off by recovery box I threw together.

Ok so I didn't like the tire rubbing the back seat and taking up more room than I want so I decided to mount it to the roof rack my brother in law was over for Christmas and his step on his truck was half missing and all rusted out so I said we need to take that off he said ok so I told him I would take it off if I could keep the brackets. Make a long story short 5 days later I found a use for the brackets only had to drill 2 holes and everything lined up perfect so total cost $$ 0 $$ that fits my budget great.

Decided to go to the salvage today to get some ZJ coils didn't know for sure how to figure out which ZJ so there were three to choose from and only one was really accessible so I went for it that was a nightmare without my big floor jack and air compressor but got it done went home and immediately put them on I guess I chose correctly it gave me a additional 1 5/8 inch lift I was happy with the results so I have a total of 3.5 on the front. Also picked up a lca one of mine was wore out bad tried to find a WJ lca but they didn't have any. oh yeah the guy at the salvaged charged $5. a piece for 2 coils and the lca

Scored a hi lift finally my mechanic had one that I had tried to buy but he said he used it so I continued looking for a low budget one had no luck so i pulled out a craftsman floor jack I had picked up on someones curb they were throwing away and put new seals in it cleaned it up an put it in the jeep wow that thing was heavy got my wifes scales out and it weighed 71lbs that was too heavy so I took it to my mechanic and asked him if he wanted to trade he said let me see it, guess what I got a hi lift basically for free just took it apart and painted it tonight.

I know this is kind of a dumb question but what kind of paint did you use to paint the wheels black?

Thanks,
Jon
