You had it comin'. That's what you get for starting this whole steering box project, when you had no problems in the first place.

Definately could help the rear flex with some shackle relocation boxes. Best thing I've done to mine so far for articulation. And I've got a long list haha.

What's next?
shackle relocation boxes? "i have much to learn master!" lol!

i think it will flex much better in the rear with RE springs. lights fit fine but lots of hood glare. I will eventually buy some good hid lights for the bumper with my o reillys discount when funds allow. The harbor freight light housings will get kc bulbs at some point as well. My magical creek in the steering went away magically today but my power steering kinda doesnt feel as nice as it should. I wonder if fluid needed to get to parts of the box it had not yet??? I dunno im drunk rambling

creek in steering is back darren. You have to ride shotty on every trip so it is silent. It gets scared when you show up.

Wel PSC rebuilt my durango box and its done now. Great company and customer service! Heres the sexy looking box.

Most of the turning radius is back. next up is fab up some sway bar mounts, steering stabilizer mount and a fitchbox. Oh and get some bilsteins for the rear once I relocate my shock mounts using gojeeps idea.

I really really really like your build! Do you have any more pics on your raocker installation? Did you do them yourself? If so, can you post the measurements and what type of tubing you used? I want to do the same thing to mine.
Also, did you use your stock AC compressor or your on board air setup? Any more pics of that install?

The rockers are 2x5 3/16 square tubing I believe. Troy at swagoffroad did the rockers so not really to many install pics. If you need pics of anything let me know. They are welded to the seams at the door seal and underside. then tied in with smaller square tubing to the unibody.

Yes its the stock as compressor the sanden's have a good enough output to work well. Let me know what you need pics of or materials I used for that I can take and let ya know.

I have done some things here and there, trying to make it more street legal. Wheeled it a bit. Just bought a 93 stocker as well for a DD and future rig for my wife.
Currently just swapped a 231 with tera 4:1 kit but need a different driveline for different style flange. Then next is rear comanche flares, ox air setup for front, better radiator and maybe taurus fan, fitchbox and switch panel, and maybe a better rear locker. Unfortuantly this site and myself dont see eye to eye and whatever I say gets me introuble so I dont post here much.
Anyways a couple pictures.
