normally i would agree and that had been thought of... however with the cage in the plans and i never cut completely through the tube i didn't see it neccessary to be honest..

A full, properly installed cage would definatly help..dutchmans wouldn't hurt..and done right ..down right sexy..lol. Looks great though. If your confident in the connections...the run it, now get building and posting!

correct, it's what i had... had the locker so all i have to buy are gears and have the axles shortened... it's at jeep width... the rear is 76 bronco so i matched the front to that

thank you.. i gotta say i'm floored by the response it's getting.. here's a flex test before the redesign of the front suspention... ended up 3linked after this test.... hasen't made it back together for another test.. 36in to bottom of tire with more to go...and lift flex isn't as good as natural

Very impressive, that thing body has perfect clearance when the fenders are removed! Great build idea!

well time for floors.... all floor framework is 14g 1" square steel...

before



and add some of the frame work








tomorrow night i'm gonna try to finish the tunnel and start on the floorpans sat. before family festivaties

ok...more frame and floors... the 2x2 1/8 wall is for seat mounts..

20g steel




bead rolled (sorry didn't go nuts on pics)




and all welded in with the start of the tunnel.. as of today



and yes iron crosses in the floor lol

and i pushed it out to clean

yeah variable pedal with reverse... i bought it for my shop... never used on a customer car just my race car, my dads race car and the thing... awesome tool
